Hello, dear readers,

Summer is in full swing, and I think most of you would agree that it's more than beautiful.

Personally, I don't mind the heat so much :) I like it when it's a little cooler, around 25 or 26 degrees, that's the maximum for me. When it's hotter than that, I'd rather hide in the fridge or, even better, in the freezer :)

But that's not what I came here to talk about today.

You see, last night I couldn't fall asleep, which happens to me a lot these days...

Well, in those cases, I dive into myself - I simply switch off. I call it my mind leaving my body to go somewhere else. Usually, I read short stories or a book, but not last night.

At night, my mind decided to focus on a completely different topic.

And that is fate. At that moment, I asked myself: What does our fate look like? Is it three candles?

The first one is bright, like the sun itself, and in my imagination, this candle represents our birth or childhood. Unfortunately, some shine less brightly. It depends on what we have been given.

Then comes the silver-white candle, which covers our adolescence, not only physical but also mental.

Next, the candle shines for our wedding, marriage, and children, if we have any, and then there are other joys and sorrows.

So I think to myself: This candle should be the biggest and shine the brightest! Probably because I think that we can influence this candle a little, since it is in this silver-white glow that we build our own lives.

We kind of decide where our life will go, or how we see it, even though the "guy" who calls himself fate likes to talk nonsense and throw a spanner in the works :)

The last candle in my mind is black as coal, and I think it's tiny, but it has a mind of its own. Definitely when we close our eyes for the last time.

There's one more thing my crazy head came up with, and it's kind of... well, you could call it a peculiarity, and that is that there is an empty white parchment next to the candles, and it either unfolds or it doesn't.

It would probably depend on whether the black velvet candle burned out as soon as we came into the world, which, to my deep regret, does happen.

That's all I have on my mind today.

I hope I haven't made you too sad with my almost crazy theory about fate and life.

I wish you a very nice summer :)
